Shipping- Shipping is between 3-7 business days from which order is processed. Orders are processed in the order they are received and can take up to 3 business days. Due to some sales or if an order is on pre-order shipping can also take up to 10 days, if this issue occurs we will make sure the customer is informed for any inconveniences. Some packages also get held at Customs which can also cause a delay. Our packages require a signature upon arrival. Our goal is to make sure this company provides the best customer service and make sure our customers are put first. Any questions or concerns about your order please send us an email and we will respond within 24 hours. * Please be advised this company only receives hair from India. We do not receive any mix, synthetic, or multiple donor hair, we only strive to provide top quality, authentic wefts!
-PRE-ORDERS- Our Pre-orders involve our special line which is the blonde collection, this line is only available for pre-order which can take up to 10 days to be shipped! The Blonde collection uses the Raw hair but undergoes at special process to achieve the blonde color and still have the same great quality as the other raw wefts.
Full Lace Wigs are by request only, customer must email in order to place a special order for wigs.
RETURNS: Luxury Imports will only accept returns in exchange for the same product or equal value within 15 days of purchase. Returns only applies if the product sent was different than product ordered! Product must be in the same state that it was sent and not altered! ALL SALES ARE FINAL !!!!
